1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges
Once an order is placed and confirmed, Majestic Queen Collections does not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges on any items purchased, including both clothing and beauty products, for any reason. This policy applies to all sales, including:
- Luxury clothing, apparel, and accessories
- Beauty products (including skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances)
2. Reasons for No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges**
Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges due to the following reasons:
- Hygiene and Safety Concerns: For beauty products such as cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used, in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Exclusive, Luxury Nature of Products: Our luxury clothing items are carefully curated, and due to the exclusive and high-end nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is checked for quality before shipping, ensuring it is in pristine condition.
- Custom and Limited-Edition Items: Any custom-made or limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
3. Exceptions
While our policy is firm, we do make exceptions in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to availability and our assessment of the product's condition.

- **Wrong Item Sent**: If we send you the wrong item, we will resolve the issue by sending you the correct product at no additional cost. In this case, please contact us immediately to initiate the correction process.
4. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee order cancellations once the items have been processed or shipped.
