Booking & Reservation To reserve your appointment:
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking
- Deposits apply toward your total service cost
- Remaining balance is due in person at your appointment
- Accepted payment methods: Cash App, exact cash, card payment

⏰Royal Timing Standards
To honor both your time and the Palace:
- A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes
- Appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes
- Late arrivals and no-shows forfeit their deposit
These standards allow each Queen to receive a calm, unrushed experience.

Clients may bring their own mink lashes.
Lashes are also available in-house and are highly recommended to complete the Natural Madam look.
