👑 How It Works
1. Bring Your Vision
Have a nail set in mind that you don’t see in the Palace? Show us! Upload your inspiration photo directly through your order so we can see the look you’re dreaming of — whether it’s a specific design, color palette, aesthetic, or a little bit of everything.
2. Choose Your Set Details
Select your preferred length, shape, and sizing option from the available choices.
3. Secure Your Custom Set with a $35 Deposit
A $35 Custom Set Deposit is required at checkout to reserve your custom order.
Your deposit is applied toward the final price of your set it’s not an additional fee.
4. Receive Your Custom Quote
Once your inspiration is submitted, we’ll review your design and determine the final price based on the design details, length, embellishments, and overall complexity.
You’ll then receive your remaining balance through a custom invoice.
Your custom set does not enter production until the remaining balance has been paid.
5. Approve. Pay. Create. 👑
Once your balance is paid, your custom set officially enters production.
Your nails will then be handcrafted specifically for you and prepared for shipping or local pickup, depending on the option selected at checkout.
